We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our Property and Casualty clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a book of personal lines accounts and writing new policies. Commission and bonus opportunities for writing new business in addition to competitive base salary. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Commercial lines experience will will provide a higher salary.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback to management on customer service trends and issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
